What is Alpha?

The Alpha course is made up of 10 sessions which last about 90 mins. Each session will take place on a Tuesday evening, with the aim being to bring together people from all walks of life who are curious about faith.

Each session will start by grabbing some refreshements and having a chance to chat and get to know each other. Every week our session will cover a different topic relating to faith.

For example 'Who is Jesus?', 'Why Pray?', 'How can I have faith?' in the form of a 20-25 minute video. This is then followed by a small group discussion where you can ask any questions you'd like. No question is too small, silly or unreasonable to ask, and no topics are off limits.

Our courses are designed to be open and welcoming environments. There’s no pressure to say anything, but the floor is yours if you do want to ask questions.

Groups are typically small in size (less than 10 people) but can occasionally be larger.

If however that number seems a little daunting - arrangements can be made to do Alpha in a smaller group or with just a couple of people for those who would prefer that option. Please just let us know if this is your preference using the form below.

Our next Alpha course will be an evening course, kicking off on Tuesday the 16th of September.

To sign up to take part in Alpha (or ask further questions about the course) please use the form below.

We look forward to welcoming you!
